play games, not hearts

i came up with that title while brushing my teeth but also credits to rachel who suggested "don't play with my heart" or something like that :D i was thinking about playing games but not being able to do so because ....... my brother was in my room and he'd want to play but he has left my room since so it should be okay for me to play now woooo
anyway,
the point of this post was to talk about games parade...........which happened quite a while ago....... 26 april....... [it was 26 feb ...] the only reason why i remember this exact date was because it was naika's birthday [which is in february not april] and also vedha missed it, unfortunately...... i have missed Parade only twice in my entire NP career........ others would say they have yet to miss one session but i Do Not Care
i remember we were trying to carry out our solution to claim back "something", so ma'ams gave us a time limit but there was a lot of confusion and we were told ma'am weng yen and ma'am megan was [were] not around, so we decided to carry out another solution instead the following week :| when we were told ma'am weng yen and ma'am megan were not around, i was very confused because they were Just There and disappeared in like 5 mins LMAOJDIAJSDKAH
then, when they announced we'd be having Games Parade, it all made sense
(wait break but just now i heard my mom screaming and i thought she was screaming at my bro so i was like.............let me see what's going on and left my room.........turns out it wasn't that sdjbajdj)
(idk who's the [] but i bet it's rachel?? [yes] go away. leave me and bad grammar alone. grammarly is very funky rn because the use of "ma'am" is confusing it lol)
i remember being quite excited because 1. Games Parade 2. maybe we get to be grouped with our juniors 3. i didn't know what to expect AAAAAAAA 4. it has been 1 year......... i had been begging for it before circuit breaker and then we had it so Games Parade was just gone from my mind but also scared because 1. (reason that cannot be stated because i want us to step up peacefully,,,,,) 2. we might be grouped with our juniors and i'm a really awkward person so,,,,, but anyway! we were grouped among ourselves lol
i think we had the introduction of the different groups? yeah, which was very cool :D i can't rmb who i was grouped up with but like hi i guess? i also remember we coordinated our cheer with the other group, which was low-key embarrassing but mostly very funny PLEASE call me maybe sounds like call me baby and honestly................yes :D
then, we had the looping game (sorry i forgot the name,, it has been 4 months, in my defence) which was, again, very fun because we all did the uh punishment??? together and it was very nice to cheer as well :D for both my squadmates, and ma'ams :') had lots of fun but please remind me to never scream it's so ear-piercing ew like i don't need my eardrums to be damaged even more than they currently are, thanks :)
we had some kahoot game about NP i think? was, again, very fun but like......................i didn't get onto the podium so that was not very pog :( i ended up being in 20s so very very far behind like a c l o w n with fingers that moved as fast as when one types on the computer for the first time :/ with that said, my typing speed is above average so i'd say i am a rather qUiCk typer adjashdjajdhsjak
we had some game at the basketball court,, that involved physical exertion LMAO anyway, i struggled to do anything but stand still because logically speaking, there'd be no way for me to outrun ma'ams without having to sustain some injuries and if i wanted to play it safe, the best thing i could do was try to trick them,, which obviously didn't work if you were wondering, but i tried asjdhakdhjkajkka i am pretty sure ma'ams were not impressed *head in hands* *blushes in embarrassment* i had this whole argument with myself in my head y'know,,,,, i was like if i were to really go in and grab the flag, i would definitely get injured because desperate times calls for desperate measures, so i would most likely be forced onto the ground and have to wrestle with ma'ams for the flag and the fact that i might even have physical contact with ma'ams just scared me so much i just...stopped thinking about this possibility and stayed in my safe, little spot because i wanted to leave the court with my dignity intact and my hair still there.
then, stuff got messy and i don't rmb much apart from feeling super rushed so i guess rachel (?) can tell you all if she wants to (not sure if she wants to because she didn't wna blog together at the last minute but........) oh yeah, there was this "figure out the criminal" activity, which i'm pretty sure was the final activity but man, i was so confused but the fact that one of the suspects was karen was funny to me so i think? our grp picked karen [we picked wanda, what are you saying] but apparently, it wasn't the correct answer? asjdhajdahdkk it was okay i/ (we) all had fun so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i really hope everyone enjoyed Games Parade but remember that Rome, in this case, Games Parade, was not built in a day
so!
lastly, we will take this time to thank all the ma'ams in the administrative department for not only planning the entire Games Parade out (which involves so many draft proposals, please- and having to come up with all the activities), and preparing all the logistics required on the day itself and managing each station,,,,,,,, and all of us?????? with only so few ma'ams???? thank you.........? *blushes* .......so much? jasdhakjdhajkdjk i also hope u enjoyed planning it out and organising because man it feels like a fun experience :DDD
(i am just thinking about how tmr would be red cross's POP because my friend told me in like april/may and i was like :0 so far away and look how far we've already come :OOOOO)
